Initial 30-Minute Telemedicine Appointment

• Complete health review and symptom discussion

• Labs and imaging as appropriate

• Medication orders as appropriate

Follow-Up Telemedicine Appointments (30 minutes each)

• Scheduled at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
